We only charge until the bar opens at noon. Once The Pelican & The Shark opens at 12:00 pm, the upper deck is free for everyone. Before noon, the $2 is waived with a purchase of $2 or more.

Hours
Open 24/7 March through December. Winter hours (December through February) vary with the weather.
Pier rules
- Two rods per person, 10 ft maximum rod length.
- A Texas fishing license is required for anyone over 17 (TPWD law).
- No glass containers. Alcohol must be purchased at the pier.
- No pets, except service animals.
- No sleeping on the deck.
- Rowdy or overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave.
- Carts must be under 3'6". Oversized carts must be stored at the main office.
